I'm a calm, servant-style leader with a bias for driving progress, making decisions, and removing obstacles. I add just enough process to turn chaos into momentum. I keep teams focused on outcomes by using carefully selected leadership tools, visualizing strategy, and putting intent, goals, and plans into clear words. While becoming a good leader is a marathon, I've been fortunate to receive consistent, positive feedback — along with some healthy criticism — in my roles as a responsible team lead, agile facilitator, and Chief Operating Officer of a music tech startup.

I'm data-informed and comfortable with both polished UX and back-end complexity. I focus on shipping minimal-surface increments to learn quickly.

Over five+ years, I led a 0-to-1 product journey as Chief Product Officer, growing an AI artist management platform from concept to 100,000+ users with a world-class team.

While fully capable of designing entire app interfaces, my real focus lies in harnessing the power of removing friction at a strategic level. That means driving design systems, UX frameworks, and the kind of rigorous UX thinking that removes friction — for both users and designers — so more energy can go toward achieving the actual goals.

The electric guitar got me into music — and eventually into a band.

I spent a big part of my youth playing guitar along with my favorite bands and artists. More often than not, I'd find myself writing my own riffs or chord progressions and recording demos. Since eighth grade, I've played in various bands — most notably SAKIA (2005–2018). We've released several tracks on Spotify and other DSPs, with a bit of radio airplay over the years. SAKIA's music has accumulated some 300,000 streams online.

Safe and session-ready songwriter, producer, and collaborator.

I've composed a good amount of SAKIA's songs and written most lyrics. But it wasn't until 2016, when I set a new goal: to become a songwriter–producer who could walk into any session and create from scratch. Inspired by a few idols who could do just that, I dove into songwriting, music business, and production — eventually earning a Music Technologist degree. In addition to production, I also record, mix and master as needed. I also did a stint at a music production company, but ended up building digital products in the music industry. To this day, songs I've helped create have been playlisted on domestic radio and streamed at least hundreds of thousands of times across music platforms.
