All my agent bubbles turned green.

Diving into the world of multi-agent systems.

All my hashtag#agent bubbles just turned green! ✅

To be honest, I’d built up some learning debt on AI agents over through 2023 and 2024. So in 2025, I decided to do something about it.

☀️ Over morning coffee I’ve been glancing at YT vids about building automated workflows and agents. Especially with the great N8N.

🌙 At 10:45 PM, half-asleep with my fist propping up my head, I started executing those learnings for a startup project I'm helping to accelerate.

The other night, just before "giving up", every node (the bubbles) of my roadmapping agent turned green. My own little HAL 9000 finally opened the pod bay doors. I was able to fetch data from Notion and the agent answered my questions.

Earlier, I’d started with a personal weather-forecast automation scheduled to run every morning: time trigger » weather API input » LLM-based interpretation » Slack, and SMS messages with Twilio. I've been loving that little helper ever since.

An agentic system, though, is way cooler – it has memory and the ability to reason and act accordingly. Now I’m building my own team: a team-lead or coordinator agent and its sub-agents. I'm learning coding on side, banging my head against error messages - it's very easy to miss a detail in the setup.

IMHO, the best way to learn agents and AI automation isn’t books – or even YT vids. With AI assistants, it’s more of a “just do it” thing. Anyone can do it. You can do it.
